I understand they replaced the large inductor in the older grow light ballast and replaced them with Triac and SCR devices and unless the 
AC line is properly filtered they will turn into extremely bad broadband noise generators that can literally 
cover blocks with strong broadband noise. 
I'm glad they are making this problem with grow lights known.

Just put the word on the street these Grow Lights making all of that RF hash makes it Super-Easy for the Feds to find the Pot Farms, THAT will get rid of 'em.
