[EIDXA] Repairing a Kenwood TS-940SAT

Jim,
I forwarded your need over to a local guy that you may have meet at the W9WLR get together 2 months ago.

I would rise my hand but I just have too many other things needing my time.  I have done a TS-940 before and there a number of updates that one should do.  I suspect that it is either a cold solder joint or a bad connection in the PA area.
