Illinois D-STAR Reflector Channel REF001D is also a DRATS digital channel, no idea when they meet. There also used to be a Sunday night net, but I think that died out.

Once we get the internet problem sorted out with Cedar Rapids D-STAR repeater we may link it back in occasionally.  (I think our DSL is too slow)

Davenport has a new D-Star repeater on 440.83125+5mHz. Tried the new
repeater for the first time from the home last night and it works very
well.  Have a couple of questions for the D-Star crowd.

*Can someone send me a list of five or ten of the MOST used or popular
reflectors that I can link to and listen.*

Second, was able to connect to the new repeater using CQCQCQ and everything
appeared normal.  Used the echo function and it appeared to function
normally.

Last night I also connected to reflector 014 module C.  Was able to talk to
the folks on the HamNation aftershow D-Star net.  Kind of neat listening to
folks all over the country!  My second and third transmission still had
URCALL=REF014C, a mistake on my part.  (Like I was trying multiple
connects.)  I changed URCALL back to CQCQCQ after somone reminded me and
everything was normal until I tried to disconnect.

COULD NOT disconnect using the UNLINK command (URCALL=7 spaces and U).  The
repeater would not unlink from REF014C until the guy I was talking to (the
net control guy) unlinked.  As soon as he unlinked, I was able to re-issue
the U command and the new repeater unlinked.

*Any idea why this happened?*
