[EIDXA] QSL card update

I can only speak to the UX5UO operation.  I ordered 1000 cards last year
from him and couldn't be more pleased.  I did my own custom design from
photos I took and my own words and report form.  UX5UO worked with me
through several iterations of the design using emails.  He was VERY prompt
in responding to my emails and always pleasant.  I did full color photos on
both front and back, glossy front and matte back side and I set up the
report form on the back side to occupy exactly the same area on the card as
the labels I use in my Dymo label printer which I use with DX4WIN.  

The ordering process starts once the card design is complete.  You pay by a
Paypal email to a US email address (in my case it was a North Dakota ham
op), no currency conversion and Paypal transaction security. UX5UO confirmed
my order within 24 hours of the Paypal email to ND. The cards arrived within
the specified lead time directly from UX5UO.
