[EIDXA] W1AW/5 cw operator

I have only seen one operator like that.  It was in the late 70s and Okino 
Tora Shima, also know as Baldwin's Reef and other less complementary names, 
opened as the first scaffolding  supported DXCC Entity.  A pirate got on, 
probably a JA, and raised hell sometime pulling four calls out at a time.  I 
don't know if he logged them or not but sure was impressive.  The infamous 
Don Miller supposedly could do the same also sorting out at the same time 
which were his financial supporters deserving of a QSO.

I tried to think if you could really make it happen with skimmer.  I suppose 
you could, but, I think that the band would have to be pretty clear.  The 
decoder falls down pretty quickly if the pileup is very large.

If you've played with Pileup Runner, I could see how that could work--if the 
sigs were all far enough apart, you know they're listening to you, so if yo 
uwork 5 stations each far enough apart that your skimmer decoded all of them 
and stuffed them in the log with a click, you could operate this way.
