[EIDXA] RI1ANR activity this winter

Oleg ZS1ANF, Slava RD3MX and Alex UA1PAW will be stationed at the Novolazarevskaya Base, Queen 
Maud Land, Antarctica between November 2014 to March 2015 signing RI1ANR.
They plan activity on 160-10m, CW/SSB.

Oleg was the op at RI1ANF in South Shetland that was very active in 2012  A good opportunity to fill in 
those band countries.
