[EIDXA] EIDXA Meeting November 1st

EIDXA Members & Friends:

The next meeting of the Eastern Iowa DX Association
will be on Friday, November 1 at Kirkwood Community
College.

PLEASE NOTE: We will meet in IOWA HALL. It is best
to take the South Entrance road to the campus, off
of Kirkwood Blvd. (This takes you past the radio
towers.) You then turn left into the parking lots
near the Mansfield Center, #20 on this map:

Enter through the Mansfield Center door, which puts
you on the 2nd floor of Iowa Hall. Go up the steps to
the 3rd floor and take a right. We will be in the
Amana Room, just down the hall from rooms A-D where
have met before.

Doors will be open by 6:30 PM for eyeball QSOs. The
meeting begins at 7:30 PM.

Due to the uncertainty in the schedule for the K9W
Wake Island DXpedition, we have rescheduled Craig
Thompson, K9CT for a later meeting. However, we have
a very special program for you: Glenn Johnson, W0GJ
will tell us all about his new antenna farm, located
about four miles southwest of Decorah. This promises
to be a very special program!
