[EIDXA] K9W (Wake Island) - No real surprise

A tidbit of info from one of the K9W guys:

The flight we were supposed to be on this morning from Hickam AFB to Wake departed on schedule. ALL of it's 32 seats were EMPTY. We were to reimburse the government for our flight and cargo but unable to do so because someone in the Pentagon would not, could not, did not (pick one) put his signature on a piece of paper. So the plane left as scheduled... without the K9W team....
