Jason,
In general I do not, but it is possible that it may be okay...

One problem that you can run into if you do is that there can be near
DC/audio ground current introduced from I high current loads ( rig/amp)
into sensitive (audio/mic ) ground paths.

I am currently configured with three DC ground systems, High Current
( DC power HF rigs ), Sensitive loads (audio devices ) and everything
else. The high current loads are grounded at the radio only. The
sensitive loads each have their own power source & path to station
ground, and everything else shares a power supply and may have multiple
paths to station ground.

A bit unconventional but that's what I do..
