[EIDXA] DXpedition contribution

Dear EIDXA members and friends,

We received a request for support from the
VU7AG Lakshadweep DXpedition after our meeting
last Friday. Using our DXpedition evaluation
spreadsheet, this entity scores 85, 5 higher
than VK9MT, which we approved this month.

Since the DXpedition runs November 20 through
December 10, the decision had to be made now.
Therefore, the Executive Committee has voted
to donate $100 to the VU7AG expedition.
