[EIDXA] checking QSL cards at CVARC hamfest

I will be at the CVARC hamfest  Aug 4th to check QSL cards for DXCC, WAS, WAC, 
and VUCC.  I will start checking about 9 am.

You will need to bring your cards, filled out application forms, and a stamped 
envelope so I can send the completed application to ARRL HQ.  If any questions,
