[EIDXA] Eureka! A Clock!

It's a Sharp. Unknown model. It was at OfficeMax on Collins Road.

I actually took the guts out of it, so I could put them in a clock that
looks better on the wall (one that I had bought at Walmart).
It has a button on the back to turn off daylight savings time. So once I
got it to sync, I just grabbed the hour hand, and turned it to UTC with my
finger.

The only problems I had were making sure the hands got put back on correctly
when I moved the parts over to the new body. You have to take the hands off
(just pull on them) and then remove the nut that holds the mechanism to the
body. I made sure to carefully note the position of the hands when I put
them back on. If you aren't going to be picky and just leave it the way it
looks, that's not a problem.

The other problem was getting the case open. That backing has 4 tabs that
simply snap into a matching recess, but they put a bit of glue on there,
too. I had to flex the plastic a bit to break the glue, then popped it
open. After I snapped it back together, the tabs hold it in place just
fine, and I didn't re-glue it at all.
