[EIDXA] pileup simulator

Oh man,
	It is awesome.  One thing it does that I've missed in Morse Runner: you can program the F-keys, so, in theory you could simulate your favorite contest logger layout..

	I may need to read the manual more, but, seems you have to tune with the mouse?  Don't like removing hands from keyboard!
