A new Contest Update arrived this morning, and I am reminded of the many items 
it contains.  While mainly a contest newsletter, much of it applies to the 
DXer.  Tech hints, links to interesting sites, as well as insight from the 
real pros.  Every on should update their ARRL member page to ask for this 
bulletin.

year). ARRL members may subscribe at no cost or unsubscribe by editing their
