[EIDXA] LoTW

What is the big deal - 8 days delay on LoTW or 4 months for a hard QSL - take your pick.

There are more important things to contemplate!

Here is the word from HQ.  Funding to purchase updated server hardware was just approved by the A&F Committee a few weeks ago.
