[EIDXA] XZ license response.

Hey all:

I have received the amateur radio license application response from the
Assistant Director of the Department of Communication, Post and
Telecommunications in Myanmar. Apparently he is also a ham, but has not
been able to broadcast since 1969. He says that there were only two or
three (not more than three) licenses granted prior to 1969 and that all
applications will continue to be denied.

It looks to be a dead end for the time being. It also looks like XZ1K does
not have the MCPT authority to operate. No surprise there I guess.

I had low expectations going into this and it looks like they've been met!
I will still try to call him when I am in Myanmar in two weeks as he gave
me his phone number.
