I just read on the Caring Bridges website that Marlan Modrow, K0RRY, passed
away before noon today. (Sun) He had put up a courageous battle with brain
cancer. I know I'll miss his great sense of humor. He lived right across
the street from us in CR on Hall Road. I always knew when he was on the
radio!  No matter the band he was on, the signals would drop and the noise
would go way up with a muffled sideband "Radio, Radio, Yankee" buzzing in
my headphones.
