[EIDXA] Power Line Noise

How can there be gud dx with that?  That's horrible.  I should record the noise at my in-laws QTH.  I thought it was fence charger for a long time, but, I'm convinced it's powerline and i haven't had time to find it.  It's either raining or -10F when we're there..
