EIDXA minutes of  October 21,  2011 meeting



1. President Steve Miller, N0SM called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.



2. 26 Hams answered the CQ call.



3. Introductions were made all around.



4. Secretary and treasurers report from the April, 2011 meeting were read 
and approved.

            Checking account balance as of Oct 21, 2011 is $1116.79



5. Dave, K0LUM, Iowa City was accepted as a new member.



6. Jerry, WW0E distributed a survey about our quarterly newsletter.



7. The club decided to donate $250.00 to the HK0NA DXpedition to Malpelo 
Island

     It was noted that at this donation level, EIDXA will be listed on the 
QSL card

     (On Oct 22, W3ACO Made a payment of $250.00 via Paypal to K4UEE.) .



8. Tom, WB8ZRL brought up the subject of a program committee. This committee 
was approved by the members. Committee members include WB8ZRL, W0AWL, NN0L 
and N0SM.



9. Terry, W0AWL presented a slate of candidates for the new officers of the 
club. They were voted in without alternates.

    Rick, N0YY, President;  Jerry WW0E,  V. President; and Rich W3ACO, 
Sec/Treasurer.



10.  We viewed a DXpedition video from 3X , Guinea.
