[EIDXA] LoTW

	WW0E had me put something about this in the newsletter, and, I received this from LOTW folks when I tried to create an LOTW certificate for my trip:

Hello Joe,

I checked the LoTW records and find that a PJ certificate was issued and revoked for SINT MAARTEN, SABA, ST EUSTATIUS on 2010-12-27.

This is because you made an open-ended request and SINT MAARTEN, SABA, ST EUSTATIUS ceased to exist on 2010-10-10.



At this time, there will be no new PJ certificates or credits being accepted for the new PJ DXCC entities by LoTW.  

This is due to the large backlog of DXCC applications that were received for the December 31, 2010 deadline.  

It is anticipated that the backlog should be completed by mid to late February.  

We should be accepting new PJ certificates and credits for LoTW by March 1, 2011.

We understand the anticipation for certificates and credits for the new PJ DXCC entities and are working hard to make this available as soon as possible.
