[EIDXA] Marathon 2011

It looks like there is a minor bug in the tool that converts an ADIF files
to .CSV files for cutting and pasting into the Marathon spreadsheet.  That
tool uses the 2010 Marathon countries list while the spreadsheet is for
2011.  The problem occurs because 2010 allowed both the old and the new
countries for Netherlands Antilles, paste won't work.  A work-around is to
delete the rows for PJ2/4 and PJ5-7 from the .csv file that the converter
produces.
