[EIDXA] Updated Totals

Big gains by several members with the recent CW and RTTY tests.  I'm hoping for more submissions after the phone test.

I added mode counting (I couldn't approach the lead for any other category); it works for most of us, but, some spreadsheets must not be 100% proper, which is why some folks don't show up there.  Maybe if the 2011 spreadsheets are unlocked for a proper csv import as outlined on the Marathon site at CQ, it may work properly if you redo your spreadsheet that way.

There are a couple bugs, but it mostly works.
