[EIDXA] logging programs ??

Hey Al,
I move the shack PC from Mac to windows last winter and started
playing with HRD. It has some oddities, but, overall I've been pleased
with it. It has an SQL back-end option, which is nice (I replicate my
logging database so that I won't ever lose it, in addition to backing up
all of the QSO data in the database automatically).

Initially there were 3rd party LOTW tools that "just worked" for
upload/download of LOTW QSO/QSL information. When I moved to the SQL
back end, that ceased to work quite as well; it still works, I just have
to do a couple things manually.

There is a third party label-generator that is very nice once you get
it layed out the way you want it. It took me a bit of time of editing
the template files; once I got it the way I wanted it, everything was FB.

I haven't used DX4Win, as others are using. I've been thinking about
moving back to having a mac down here, as I really did like MacLoggerDX,
even though it's DX tracking capabilities weren't all that wonderful,
given it's name.
