I'm starting to get a bit excited, too.

I'll have to scope out the island for a good QTH to return for some low-band QSO's.  The resort/hotel we're staying in has decent location (it's on a peninsula on the SE side of the island: Look for Fort Amsterdam on Google Earth/Maps).  They may frown upon a Battle Creek special out in the bay there.

As AK0M and a few others can attest; I've been doing the equipment shakedown for what to bring.  It's pretty easy to start bringing the kitchen sink.

I will say that everyone I've asked for hints; including several hams that have been to the islands in the last year, have all been extremely helpful.  Radio has such nice folk in it.
