Hi dear OMs,

All of you that received (or are going to receive soon) one or more QSLs
from EuroBureauQSL to one of the 11 ARRL Incoming QSL Bureaus, now have
the opportunity to reply these QSLs with no other cost than a national
first class stamp, sending them together to this address in USA:

Otherwise the addressees of QSLs will never receive them because they
are not members of the IARU Bureau in their own countries where QSLs for
non members are not delivered but destroyed.

EuroBureauQSL is a project, sponsored by several associations belonging
to EURAO (European Radio Amateurs' Organization), oriented to provide a
solution to this problem.
