[EIDXA] DX for YI, VK9C, 3B9 and 3C0C

YI9 Iraq, Operators Dooley/W4VDW and Louis/KI4VEU are now active from Baghdad as YI9VDW and YI9VEU respectively.   Operations are expected to begin late Feb or early March. Activity will be on 160 M thru 10M including the WARC bands.  YI9VDW activity will take place between March 1 and March 7.  20 M activity between 14125 and 14300 at 1500Z-1600Z. 40M activity between 7100 and 7200 KHz at 1600 -1700Z.  QSL to home calls. 

VK9C  Cocos Keeling.   NL8F will be on 80-10 M between March 3 and March 10. Also an  entry in the ARRL phone contest March 6-7.  Call sign unknown. QSL via K8NA. 

3B9 Rodriguez Is. March 3 thru April 2. G3LZQ will be on all bands mostly CW focus on lower bands.  Also in RSGB contest March 13-14. QSL via home call.
