If anyone is looking to purchase the new IRC's, the Hiawatha post office has them. I checked the post office on Council and found they had just recieved an order of the old IRC's. They did not realize they expired at the end of December. They were hesitant about ordering any more, they didn't feel there was a need for them. Oh, by the was the new IRC's cost $ 2.10 W0AWL
