[EIDXA] 4K9W support

I've been in contact with 4K9W, Vlad,  in Azerbajian both by CW and RTTY.   This fellow is in very poor health and has been bedridden for many years.  He needs financial support.  I thought it would be a nice gesture of ham spirit if EIDXA gave him a one time contribution.  You can see what the situation is at http://4k9w.blogspot.com/.   

I'd like to bring this up  for consideration at our next meeting on Nov 6.
