[EIDXA] HF-9 and cell phones etc

Joe Bolkcom, my Iowa City State Senator,  has introduced another similar bill prohibiting wireless devices in cars while driving.  This one is SF-190.  Looking at the following site:

In the upper right under "Quick find" Type in SF-190.  In his version, you can see that in his version, amateur radio operators are exempt.  

Please note that I haven't seen ANY other representatives from Cedar Rapids, Marion, Anamosa, Davenport or other areas that have signed onto introduced amendments of the original HF-9 bill or other versions.   I strongly suggest that those living in other towns contact their representatives and make the appropriate suggestion or tell them to sign onto SF-190.
