[EIDXA] DXCC Field Checking

I have been approved as a DXCC Field Checker.  I can check cards anytime 
we agree to meet, whether at a club meeting, hamfest, or one of our 
homes.  The only limitations are I cannot check cards from deleted 
entities or 160 meter cards.

I plan to check cards at the CVARC and West Liberty hamfests.
