[EIDXA] Update of EIDXA List Server Addresses

As I agreed at the meeting Friday, I have added to the list server those individuals that did not seem to be subscribed.  This includes all members who had paid dues as late as 2008.  There are ten email addresses on our list now that I do not recognize.  If you get two messages and you have not been getting two, please let me know.  I can removed one if you like.
