The hamfest was rather good to me - found an Icom AH-4 Antenna tuner to go 
with the Icom 706 that I  have in the basement. Also talked to WA0KHH and 
got the details on his in topper slinky antenna, 

Last night I checked the shed and found all the antenna materials I need. 
I then spend some time and checked Google Earth.

Current plans are to drive over to Nevada for hair cuts on Oct 17th, then 
wander down to the Guthrie County / Greene County just north of Bayard. 
Will activate both counties there and then move west to activate Audubon 
and Carroll County. 

You gotta love the county roads in Iowa for something like this.

I am looking for recommendations on logging software.
