Plans are at this time that I will be coming to CR for the meeting next Friday night, (4/10), barring any unforeseen events.  I can make myself available if anyone has any cards to be checked and the paper work submitted.  I will try to be there a half hour early to accept them and will work on them as the meeting goes on.  Since I have an almost 3 hour drive home, I won't want to stay too much past the end of the meeting.
 
You might pass the word around to make the members aware I can check cards then and also that if they do want to make a submission, they should have the paper work filled out ahead of time to make things run smoothly.  I am sure they all know how to list the cards on the entry sheet, however  a reminder to sort them per the instructions on the sheet won't hurt any.

Hi Jerry.  If the meeting is still on for April 10, I won’t be able to make it.  One of my sons and his family from Atlanta, GA will be here over spring break that weekend for Easter, and we’ve also got setup that Friday afternoon for our Kiwanis Pancake Day on Saturday the 11th.  Busy weekend.
 
Mike Nowack NA9Q was considering coming up for the EIDXA meeting.  Mike’s an ARRL DXCC Card Checker, so could help out if he’s able to make it.  I’m cc’ing him on this email, and he can let you know for sure on his attendance plans.  Sorry I can’t make it, and best regards to all the EIDXA gang.
