Tom,
I do not think they are saying they will send out HTML messages but I could
be wrong. I thought they said they would accept HTML messages. Most
messages I receive and all I send, except for the EIDXA list, are in HTML.
So unless the list server strips off the HTML a lot of people are getting
HTML. I'll send out a test message in a minute and see what happens.
