[EIDXA] 160 Meter DXCC

As a follow-up to the October program, I'm happy to report that I worked
EL2DX on 160 meters last night for #100 on the band. I needed 8 more
entities when I gave the program, and since then I've worked 6W, FJ, OX, OY,
TG, VK9/W, VP2V, and EL. Notice SA is missing (it's summer down there), and
also notice that AS is missing (it's over a slight hill from me and my
Waller flag can't see through the hill). I've only worked JA among the Asian
entities.

160 meter DXCC took me exactly 5 years and 28 days to complete. It went a
lot faster after putting up the Waller flag. As stated previously, the
Waller flag is for sale, though I don't plan to take it down until all the
cards are in. You get all the parts to configure it as a TH-7 and the Waller
