[EIDXA] Summer meeting/picnic

Gen,

I would vote for a meeting and the picnic. We will be out of town the 
weekends of July 19/20 and 26/27, but if those work better for everyone else 
will certainly understand. Perhaps a meeting in early July would allow some 
coordinated response to flood recovery?
