[EIDXA] EIDXA meeting July 25th

EIDXA,

July 25th will be the date for our summer EIDXA meeting.  The room 219c in
Linn Hall has been reserved at Kirkwood.  However, effective July 1 they
have a new policy which requires users agreement and a $30 fee.  This fee
CAN BE waived.  However, I won't know if we will be blessed by whom ever is
making that decision until possibly after the meeting.  I would suggest that
we go ahead with our meeting at this usual place.  I'm sure Cedar Rapids
meeting sites are in chaos now with the flood issue.  If anyone has a good
suggestion other than this....please contact back and I'll follow up on it.

Terry W0AWL has offered to host the picnic but won't be able to be at the
meeting.  He has suggested we discuss at the meeting for a picnic date
....maybe even into September as it might be cooler.

Terry has also offered our program of the BS7H video.
