[EIDXA] Kosova et-al

Hi all, 
To those who worked YU8A and other YU8 calls like I did.   I've done a bit of research. Several stations that use the YU8 prefix have addresses that are not in NOT in Kosova but in Serbia.  They didn't sign /p when I had the contact.   I would hope that some of these calls actually reside in the new Kosova but so far, for those that I looked up has not been the case. I am holding my QSL cards (and IRC coupons) until there is some sorting out to do.  You may wish to do the same.
