[EIDXA] Re Supporting DXpeditions and dues

Hello All,
I for one wouldn't mind an increase in dues to $15.00 or $20.00 a year. If
we as a group are supposed to promote DXing, the increased dues should
provide for that.  As others have shown, other amateur radio clubs annual
dues are larger than the present $5.00 a year we now have.

The Iowa City ARC is much smaller and I don't mind paying $15.00 a year for
dues.They are not a DX group but those funds are spent very wisely. I
believe that if the EIDXA were to make DX one of our priorities, lets "put
our money where our mouths are" and show that we can make a difference to
those who travel long distances to provide us with another DX entity !
