[EIDXA] TI9 info and PW2M (60m)

Joe AA4NN reported they now have the TI9KK license in hand. The holder 
of the TI9K license dropped from the operation.  Today when the license 
notice is published in the newspaper they will get the landing 
permission for the island.  Only then will they feel confident to get on 
the boat and head out.  

The duration on the island is now limited to 7 days.  So they have been 
cut from 10 day operation to 7 days.  With the difficult setup, etc., 
when all said and done it could be that they only have 5 operating days.

Five of us has gone home today, but two (PY1RO - Rolf and PY2XB - Fred) 
stayed in Moela Island operating PW2M up to Feb, 8th 2007.  Problem is 
that both of them are really dxers and love to make many contacts and 
may not wish to miss any time trying 60m, as it is really hard to work 
this band because of propagation.
They have now moved to a better location where the QRN is lower.
