Hi Jerry.  Have you tried sending your QSL to the U.S. address of N4FKZ,
which TG9NX uses as a mail drop.  See TG9NX's page on QRZ.com. He says mail
is being cannibalized by local postal thieves, so he was forced to establish
the mail drop.  He requests 2 green stamps (no IRC's).  See his note on
QRZ.com.  Good luck.
