[EIDXA] LoTW & mediacomm

For the last week, I have not been able to log into the uses page of LoTW.  a Mediacomm tech was here for over an hour.  He feels there has been some type of change in my IPS.  Says there have been other problems like logging into google and getting the spanish google site.  He says they will have to work on the problem back at Media comm.  

Are there any hams out there in Cedar Rapids that use Media comm, that have tried to log into the LoTW users site and couldn't?  Or has any Media Comm users been able to actually log into the site?
