Interesting.....I would have thought that Vertex was a larger company that
that.   If $67M is worth 51 % then the whole thing not much more than $140 M
so it tells you there sales are not much more than $40 or $50 M per year I
would guess.  Just that I had imagined they were much larger...  Wonder if
this will be the end of the Ham Radio Product Line like at Kenwood...Since
it has to be a small piece...
