I've got a number of new, correctly stamped IRCs for sale.  I'll ship 20
anywhere in the USA for $35.  Will ship internationally, for a little add'l
postage.

I've got a few new, but unstamped IRCS for sale.  These are valid, as the
IRC states that the stamp is 'optional'.  However, some hams are a bit less
comfortable using these.  I'll ship these at 20 for $32 anywhere in the USA.
