[EIDXA] BS7H via LoTW

I checked my new Qs on LoTW today and found that BS7H was there on mixed,
phone and CW. Apparently, those who sent $$$$ with the QSL are being
uploaded to LoTW. I immediately applied for all available LoTW credits,
because BS7H is my last one for #1 Honor Roll. ARRL has temporarily waived
the second application fee for LoTW applications, so it won't cost extra if
you've already sent in an application this year. Check your totals and you
may be in for a nice surprise!!!
