[EIDXA] BS7H motion for $250

Everyone:
I move we send $250 (instead of $200) from the EIDXA treasury to support 
the upcoming BS7H DXpedition.

We are a DX club and our core mission is to stimulate DX-related 
activity.  This BS7H mission is in perfect alignment with why EIDXA exists.
Our treasury can afford it (Mr. treasurer, please correct me if I am 
wrong) and it would be great to have our club recognized (named) on the 
BS7H QSL.
Helping BS7H with a recognizable level of funding may also help the 
group remember the difficult upper midwest in their operating plan.
