[EIDXA] The move that wasn't meant to be

Terry -

You could take this to Federal court and play the PRB-1 card. To me, this
is clearly a case where Robins needs to make an appropriate accommodation,
it is not a CC&R issue, PRB-1 would be a good play. It would have to be
done in Federal Court, however, for PRB-1 to work.

Sorry you got roughed up in Robins.

Just a quick note to let members know that the voice of Ainsworth will
remain the voice of Ainsworth. The board of adjustment for Robins denied
my application for a 5 foot variance to their antenna code. I probably
would have still put up the 35 foot crank up, however, there were so many
people at the meeting specifically to voice their opposition, it was clear
that we would have a rough time fitting it to the neighborhood. There were
5 people that had ridiculous reasons to deny the application plus one that
had a petition signed by many others. So a lesson learned, a little money
lost ,and a smarter HAM is a result. Looks like the 2007 picnic is not at
the Cellman's, unless you want to travel to Ainsworth.
