[EIDXA] KP1-5 Project

Hello All....

Please find attach the URL for the KP1-5 Project.  We are ramping up for a
vote on H.R. 1183.   PLEASE ... take the time to
write your congressman. Brad K4RT and I meet with Congress Leach in August
of 04 and I will see Leach next Thursday here in Ottumwa.
We have been told that we stand a very good chance of getting this passed if
we can get about 45 cosponors to the bill.  We need your help.
If we can get this through, we may have good track record on other ham
related legislative issues.  Large numbers of letters and emails
help make the difference.
