[EIDXA] Glass Road BPL Status

On Wednesday I reported that the BPL was gone.  Then I said it had just
moved and managed to hide under the power line noise.  Here is what is
really happening.

The Amperion system has been configured to notch the amateur frequencies at
least four times.  Most of these have been totally unsuccessful.  However
the latest notching does indeed avoid a number of amateur frequencies.
Specifically, the BPL is now operating in the 5 to 12 MHz range and is very
strong on the 30 and 40 meter bands. It is also operating in the 30 to 40
MHz range.

I do not know if it has the full capability it had previously with this
configuration.
