[EIDXA] BPL is BACK!!!!!

The BPL is back on, if it ever was really off.  This morning and early
afternoon I am hearing loud BPL on 40 meters, it was probably there last
night under the S9 + 10 db power-line noise.  I'm also hearing it on 30
meters but not on the higher frequencies.  For  a few minutes at 2:00 PM
local I heard BPL on 15 meters but it soon disappeared.

They certainly have changed the frequencies.  Perhaps it is partially
broken?

Tonight I'll look about 30 MHz.
